Agriculture in future

I have many Ideas to work in Value Addition Sector of agriculture Products...
We (India) lost many thousand ton ag. products due to their un proper storage and not convert them in a stable products.. In future the demands of canned and Procced products will definatly increase in thousent times.

I have Ideas, Knowledge, Skills about Value addition but i don't have sufficient money to work..
